Today, Fisher Island’s prices range from $500,000 to $4 million. Prices per square foot are between $400 and $500, among the highest in the area. And that’s for condos. Even more expensive homes are planned.

The island also is home to five restaurants, a country club, 18 tennis courts (two grass, two hard and 14 clay), two marinas big enough to accommodate 220-foot yachts, a fire station, post office, minimarket and dry cleaner.
