Miami Lifestyle: Haute House Warming Party in Sunset Island

One of the things that I love about the Magic City , is the diversity we can find in people, culture, fashion but the real estate!

Hurricane Irma won’t have any long-term impacts on the real estate market, in South Florida, especially Miami, as we have too many gems in this category…

With such a huge luxury properties inventory it is almost impossible to not have a “home crush” every months. Let me introduce to you mine for the month of september!

French restaurateur Mathieu Massa aka “Mr. Hospitality,” (who owns Baoli Miami in Miami Beach, Marion and El Tucan in Brickell) is listing a 7,359-square-foot   home he developed on Miami Beach’s Sunset Islands for $17.95 million, and organized a Haute house warming party for his stunning  7 bedroom, 6 bathrooms villa , at 1826 West 23rd Street.

The waterfront home  two-story home, designed by Cesar Molina Architects, features an open floor plan, lofted ceilings, Porsche lighting, a gourmet kitchen, sliding telescopic doors, 75 feet of waterfront, a pool and  a jacuzzi.

The event was definitly an exquisite and fun experience! What a pleasure to be part of the guests and discover this one of a kind home.
