the sun, MY inspiration

One of the things that I love in Miami is definitly the sunny weather. I am completely in love with the humidity in the air and the burning rays of the Majestic Sun. 

I might sound crazy but everytime I am out in South Beach, I feel a strong connection with the King of the solar system. The Sun inspires me, and help me medidate, the Sun gives me smile, and makes me feel ALIVE!

The first time I have seen this yellow feather & leather necklace from NYAKÈ, I immediatly thought: This is a perfect piece for an inspirational look, in tribute to the Sun. Then, when I found out it was called “Sunshine“, I knew it was definitly meant to be.

Who said you could not redefine yourself?  and What if I want to be “Imara, the daughter of the Sun”.  Yes people, it is just another crazy vision from Imaralioness’bubble.

I have chosen to match it with a dress of the same exact yellow that I never worn despite I had it in my closet for a year already! I was affraid that it would have been a little bit too much… Now I just think this look is “FantaBulous!”

Afro hair style and golden heels on point. Let’s make this city my catwalk for the day!
